“I usually go to get compost. As an Oceanside resident, I get free compost (for personal use around the house). 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month, they have a truck to load your truck/trailer for $2. The staff is nice. I miss the old way they did it. It's a little harder to pre setup my truck, but isn't too bad and it's my only 'complaint.'”

“This is the best Home Depot that I have ever been in. I am a woman and usually I go in and I don't get the friendly service because I'm not a contractor. This Home Depot is totally different! I had three different people help me today, and they were all so professional and kind and helpful. The woman that helped me with where to get my keys made, I think the man that was making my key said she used to work for the airport because when I'm walking down the aisle and I don't know where to go she could see that and she said that a customer needs help in the key department at the end cap and that helped me know where exactly to go. A gentleman was helping me locate a product that he said only ships to the store or to me from the Home Depot website but he was so kind and friendly and the man that made my keys was funny and kind and professional. I will never go to another Home Depot other than this one it is my favorite it is the friendliest and they know customer service. I've been to the one in Poway and no one offered to help me there I had to go find people and they seem like they were frustrated but not this location in Oceanside on Vista way they are amazing and I would give 10 Stars if I could”

“I recently purchased two museum palo verde trees from Moon Valley. The entire process was seamless from selection and payment to delivery and install. The sales rep was so kind, not pushy at all and never tried to upsell me. The manager also introduced himself while I was finalizing my purchase, also very friendly & welcoming. Moon was in regular communication with me, keeping me current on install details etc. Delivery was smooth! I was very impressed with the install/delivery team. These trees are fairly large, 8-10 year olds approx 10ft high, 24x24 crates, very heavy. The crew had everything off the flatbed and installed expertly in under an hour. This crew was top notch! There are many other plants in the location of the new trees, the crew was careful not to disturb any existing items. I feel very good about the placement of these new trees, clear instruction for proper care and watering was also provided and Moon also followed up with me directly to ensure my satisfaction. I did remove 1 star due to the price only... I found these trees elsewhere much cheaper however, the convenience of working with Moon as well as the the customer service was a tradeoff I was willing to make. Would definitely recommend especially if you are looking for mature trees.”

“As always, for me it is like when you entered a toy store as a child, wherever you turned there was a universe of possibilities, before for toys today for tools, I could spend many hours looking and researching the new ones, how they are used, how and what they could be used for, if the price suits me, etc.”

“I didn't get what i originally came for but I did find some good stocking stuffers. There were a couple of workers who helped me find what I was looking for but ultimately wasn't what I had In mind. Friendly service. They do give military discount if you download the app.”
