“I've visited this target plenty of times and I've got to hand it to them; they've certainly cleaned up the sales floor a LOT here at this location.
I've gone here before and it was in complete disarray, clothing everywhere, lots of things out of stock; just a total disaster. At that time, it made the experience of "going to Target" really disappointing, tbh.
This trip, it was actually "fun" to be here! It was easy to pick out clothing for me and my son. The staff was friendly, helpful, and engaging. They weren't "begrudgingly" interacting with us like some retail experiences. It seemed like those on shift were glad to help.”
“Annie McFerran deserves a promotion or at least a raise (in case her managers read this)! While other mobile experts are just pretending to be helpful and reluctantly trying to help their customers, and acting like they do a big favor for them (I'm referring to other nearby T-Mobile locations), Annie is a real trouble shooter, and genuinely trying to solve whatever the issue you are having. She was able to help me quickly with the new device set up and service, locate a nearest store which had a second device available, made sure it's not in warranty return, organized it to be ready for a quick pick in 10 min or so, and helped a bunch of others customers with check ins, etc. in the meantime. Excellent service!”

“This target is convenient and easy to access. The plus side of this is its near by police office which is few store next store. Parking is awesome and convenient. Interior is clean and the bathroom is also very clean as well.”
“Fantastic customer service and staff! Very friendly and helpful.Karina from the store made the experience easy and smooth. She had fantastic customer service, was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on her job. The other workers at the store were also very friendly and the store in general had a great atmosphere and energy thanks to them. This was my first time stepping into a T-mobile store and I was skeptical at first due to bad experiences at other providers but now i'm confident if I ever have a problem they will definitely take care of it. My visit took several hours due to my negligence. I didn't back up my phone prior to coming into the store which made the process of transferring my data to my new phone much longer than it needed to be. However, regardless of that Karina and the rest of the staff were patient, kind, and overall a joy to be around.”

“Very pleased with the professional level of service here. I did not realize another location was an “authorized retailer” (and why would the general population know this… that’s another review!). Jawan and team helped me unlock my account that 611 said they could not! When I walked in there was an immediate greeting and assistance. There were at least 4 staff on hand, all busy helping customers. Store had a good, positive vibe. Highly recommend this location for service and its next door to Starbucks for some coffee before or after ?”

“Was cool and all. Went to buy a samsung Galaxy tab a9. Told the lady what color I wanted and said she was going to check. I wish I had started a timer because she took to long to get it and was helping 3 other people and honestly I did feel like leaving to go to a different store but I felt bad because I already had told her what kind and color I wanted. Eventually, it all worked out even though they weren't super busy when I went.”

“Jayden is amazing!! he is such a team player, my husband and i came in tonight and there was the longest line ever and only one cashier with the self check out closed. he helped his coworker out, dealt with a karen who didn't understand his lane closed after us because she was "already there" and managed to remain positive and helpful the whole time and even reopened his lane when the line eventually got huge again. give this man a raise lol.”

“What I enjoy about 7-Eleven is how I am able to buy something that I can eat when I am hungry. Availability is what matters to me! But I think it's more awesome when the employees or workers have at least a welcoming smile and service attitude when people are trying to be nice. This type of environment makes me want to keep going back! I don't think it's also comfortable for me to be watched as if I am going to steal something as I walk through the isles, and I'm not the only one watched. Hey, I dress clean, not gangster or dirty, just normal...ANYONE'S GOT A MIRROR!???”
