I can hardly ever get them to answer the phone and when I do get to talk to someone they usually say that they are always too busy and to call later. This is after I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes!!!

4 people in front of me in the pharmacy line, 3 cars at the window line, ONE gal at the counter.The other pharmacy staff behind the counter seemed like they could care less.I've been going there for years, this is the norm.

I tried calling this CVS pharmacy for over 20 minutes with no answer. Thank godness this wasnt an emergency!
