“Quality of service and turnaround time was surprisingly fast. I test drove my car after it was returned and found no further issues. Lifetime warrantee makes any additional issues that arise a breeze with no additional fees. It may take 3 or 4 returns to completely fix your ride but just bear with the process. No shop is perfect, however this Caliber Collision shop was excellent. I highly recommend it.”

“Where do I begin? The BEST mechanic shop I’ve ever worked with. They are trustworthy, kind and fair with pricing.
I had an issue with my vehicle that another shop turned a blind eye to, saying “it’s just road noise.” Took it to Central Auto and the mechanic dropped everything, hopped in my car with me, and drove down some streets listening for the noise I was hearing.
He immediately knew what the issue was — a dried out belt — and offered to fix it for me immediately on the spot.
Later on, I heard another noise. I took it to Central and experienced the same amazing service — hopped in my car, drove around, heard the noise, and thankfully it was just a rock in my tire!

“My experience with Chris's team was fantastic start to finish. I called and left a message and got a call back within 10 mins. I was then given an appointment for an estimate (Rivian R1T - not an easy vehicle to work with) on the same day. In their waiting room, even their shop staff that walked by seemed genuinely interested in helping us. Our estimate/discussion with Robert was nothing short of spectacular. We particularly enjoyed briefly hearing about his career background. When we together made a diagnosis of the best way to proceed, he was even kind enough to have his shop manager (Alberto - what a lovely "gentle giant") come out and help explain the best next steps. My immediate family owns 2 Teslas, a Rivian and our extended family owns an additional 2 Teslas and several rare exotics. We have found our new go-to body shop.”

“We just got a car here today and I have to say that I was very impress with how the whole process went. We had trouble figuring out how to pick up the car since our schedule is pretty hectic and this dealership is quite far from us. They went above and beyond to make everything easy for us, they were even going to deliver the car to us just to help us. Larry the manager along with Nathan, prepared everything for us so we didn't have to wait a long time. All we had to do was sign and go. Carlos in finance was also very helpful. My car is repaired, looks great, and they even cleaned my headlights (which I attempted on my own and failed) plus washed the vehicle and vacuumed my floor mats which this mom loves (thank you!). Every time I spoke with Ted, he was cordial, understanding, and always accommodating. I was never worried while my car was there that something might go amiss. He kept me updated on their progress and even offered to take my rental car back for me when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Plus, they prefer and offer Coca-Cola products to their customers which makes them even more trustworthy in my book (lol).
