“WOW - they made everything So Easy!! I have never had to have collision work done on a vehicle where someone else was at fault and their insurance was paying for the repair. From the first phone call to Toyota of Carlsbad Collision Center (TOC) to delivery of my beautifully finished job, they took me by the hand and made everything flow smoothly. It all started with my TOC Estimator, Marie Hipolito. She looked over the damage and within minutes she handed me an estimate. She contacted Geico Insurance (at fault person) and had me scheduled for repairs within a few days. TOC even helped coordinate a rental replacement car with Enterprise. During the entire process, Maria was in touch with me by text and phone. She was Great!! Maria estimated three days for the repair. The morning of Day #3, I got a text saying the car would be ready for pickup at 4:30 that afternoon. When I arrived, they drove the car up to the front office, and Maria was there to do a walk-about with me. You can't even tell there was any damage - amazing repair job. And, the car was cleaned inside and out. When they presented me with the repair bill, there was a $0 at the bottom - Geico was paying for the whole job and for the rental car. I was impressed with Geico - I hate their TV ads but their service was flawless. Also a huge thanks to my insurance company, Mutual of Enumclaw and my local agent, Shawna Cook. They were alongside me every step of the way and ready to help if Geico stumbled, And speaking of the rental car, when I was picking up my repaired car, the team at TOC told me to just leave the keys and they would call Enterprise to pick up their car. While I'm handing out 5-star ratings (I don't do that very often), Enterprise gets one too. They were great to work with. I owned my own business so I know this level of Customer Service doesn't just happen. It takes commitment, training, and $$$ from ownership to make it happen. Nicely done Toyota of Carlsbad.”
