They helped us with miss-fires and coil problems, rattling noises, and of course transmission services. They helped us with all that and with full concern, care, and commitment. “Great auto repair shop. Had timing to belt replacement on 2014 Honda Odyssey. They recommend a full water pump and all belts with time belt kit at $1000. Prices were good.”
“This team is the best. They were most willing to help me with an issue that was caused by another shop, and that too at a reasonable price. Despite the fact that they work on pretty fancy cars, there was no arrogance of any sort. The mechanic Nuvelle (I hope I am spelling the name correctly) and the shop manager Kelly were very thorough and patient, and fixed the issue quickly. All said and done, I was in and out in 30 min with a very reasonable charge.
This is in contrast to another local shop in Brentwood (that I will not name) which gave me a hard time after they heard that I was requesting them to take a look at the work done by another shop (and therefore likely they were not going to have a big bill for me). They wanted me to leave the car and charge me $200 just to diagnose. In contrast, after listening to my story and witnessing the anguish, AIS took my car in right away. Very empathetic and truly a torch-bearer of the small community culture in Brentwood, in addition to being a very capable shop. Thank You!”
