“Kelly at Auto Import Service provided outstanding service. My windshield wiper blade snapped off just as we entered the rainy season. I called Kelly at 8:15 am and she had new Mercedes blades before 10 am, and they were installed (for a very nominal labor charge) in minutes after I arrived. I will be back.”

“My 1988 Ford 5-speed manual transmission vehicle was in need of its' shift linkage bushings being replaced. Several local auto repair shops were not interested in this work. Fortunately, I contacted A-1 transmission who could not do an upfront quote for the repair on an old car but took the car in and contacted me after they had a chance to look at it. Replaced the bushings in a day at a good price. I've driven it now for two months, about 1000 miles, shifts into gear like new. Recommend this shop for any work related to transmissions or shifting issues, as in my case. I plan to return again for my CV axle drive shaft replacement, so look for a new review on that experience.”

“I took my 1969 AMX to Vintage Transmission & Gear for new brakes (disc front & drum rear) and they did an outstanding job. They explained everything that needed to be done and did the work expertly. They paid great attention to detail, fine adjustments & made sure everything was done to my satisfaction, these guys went above & beyond. Brakes are smooth, quiet & stop the car nicely. I couldn't be happier & I recommend VT&G to all.”
