“My grama HATES technology and she's is super hard to explain things to l but I finally convinced her to go with me to metro and buy a cell phone. Honestly never in my life have I gotten service better then the women who helped my grama . She EXPLAINED everything perfectly even set up an email account . My grama must have asked the same questions like 20 times even I was getting frustrated but Danielle was sooo sweet and patient. I think every1 could learn a bit from her. I will never go to any other metro store again . Metro has a wrap for being a bit ghetto but Danielle completely changed my mind. Whoever hired her is a genius wish there were more ppl as sweet as her at other cell phone stores.”

“Shaz and Eidris took great care of us today! I want to thank you both again for all your help. I made an online appointment and we were seen right away on a Saturday morning. Eidris was very helpful and understanding with the issues that my wife was having with her phone. He really took his time to properly troubleshoot the issue. As the store became busier, Shaz the store manager started to help us while Eidris went to help another customer. Shaz was also very helpful. Our issue seemed complex so he helped us get on the phone with apple to further troubleshoot the issue. As soon as Shaz got a better understanding of our issue he was actually able to resolve it himself very quickly. Turns out att automatically restricted some settings due to my wife traveling internationally. Both of these guys were super helpful and I feel they went above and beyond to help us get our issue resolved. I would definitely reach out to them again if I ever have any issues. I hope these guys stick around because the customer service we received today was exceptional! This is the type of customer service that will make customers want to remain with att.”

“I got a new S24 and it came with a screen protector and a case. I first went to the location on Atlantic and they are the absolute worse! If I could give them a negative I would. I was told since I didn't buy a screen protector from them, they could not put the protector on even though I purchased the phone through Samsung with a TMobile plan. Crazy that I go 4 miles aways and this location put on the protector and did it with a smile. Just because they were nice I ended purchasing something else .”

“I visited the AT&T Store at the street of Brentwood and Roosevelt who was very professional and kind help show me how to put my yahoo email back into my phone. He is a great representation of customer service in the retail service. I actually port back the AT&T from Xfinity due the their service, and Roosevelt just made my experience better with his excellent customer service.”
