“Can't thank Josh enough for reviving an old (really old!) MacBook Air. Works like a dream. Seriously, I couldn't be happier. Fix That Mac is in a very convenient location and Josh was friendly, professional and able to get to my machine right away (tip... go first thing in the morning, enjoy breakfast at the Bay Leaf Cafe and then have a coffee drink for dessert at Vinnie's bar). Very reasonable pricing is the cherry on top! Highly recommend.”

I wish him the absolute best for his service he provided. This experience far exceeded any prior.We had genuine conversation and instead of simply trying to make a sale he just DID his job! ( my words not his ) but I will never go back to the Lafayette location as I know some of the employees now are not genuinely trying to take care of a customer and have them coming back they are trying to get a quick buck. When I had to momentarily leave to pick up my little sister they gave me a spare phone to take with me for emergencies since they were transferring things from my old phone to my new one.
