Taliah is the store manager and was extremely helpful. She even called me once I got home because she forgot about one more promotion that she could offer me. 100% recommend working with her.”

“Stephanie and Abdul are amazing. They are always so helpful and really care about the customers. I came in their store around 630 with three kids they both were very attentive to helping me even with my kids terrorizing the store and a top it off they stayed after hours just to make sure my needs are met. I felt so bad they had to stay late, but they work together as a team and they treated our family like theirs, offering water, crackers, you name it. I don’t care how close another metro is at I would drive miles just to go to the store only because the customer service is amazing and they’re not done until the job is complete. I highly recommend this location for all and any of your metro needs.”

“The experience at a T-Mobile corporate store is so much better than Xfinity. I went to the century store and was helped by Paola. She ended her meeting/zoom call to help me. I had two modems to return and one active modem and the system was having a hard time with it, but she politely, kindly, humorously, and professionally figured it all out for me. I was in a time crunch so I actually left the store and she said she would call me. I wasn't quite sure if that was going to happen or not. 15 minutes later she called me and had figured out the issue and had returned my modem successfully. In a time where customer service is getting worse and worse and worse, it's refreshing to find someone like this who is so good and so nice and does her job so well. It's rare to find somebody who actually cares about their job and their customer.”

“Over the years I have pretty much bought every electronic piece of equipment I own from Best buy. They always take great care of me and returns on product that I either do not use the way I thought I might, has never been a problem. Simple as well as returns the same, simple and very convenient. This location is one of my favorites because not only is it local but the staff here is amazing. They have taken care of me multiple times and always go the extra mile to take care of me. “Shaz and Eidris took great care of us today! I want to thank you both again for all your help. I made an online appointment and we were seen right away on a Saturday morning. Eidris was very helpful and understanding with the issues that my wife was having with her phone. He really took his time to properly troubleshoot the issue. As the store became busier, Shaz the store manager started to help us while Eidris went to help another customer. Shaz was also very helpful. Our issue seemed complex so he helped us get on the phone with apple to further troubleshoot the issue. As soon as Shaz got a better understanding of our issue he was actually able to resolve it himself very quickly. Turns out att automatically restricted some settings due to my wife traveling internationally. Both of these guys were super helpful and I feel they went above and beyond to help us get our issue resolved. I would definitely reach out to them again if I ever have any issues. I hope these guys stick around because the customer service we received today was exceptional! This is the type of customer service that will make customers want to remain with att.”

“They always get the job done, and in this case, troubleshooting my laptop and verifying the viability of the installed anti-virus security systems effectiveness when I was thinking otherwise was the reassurance I needed. I just feel they are shorthanded. One has to make an appointment to bring in the device and another to pick it up after it's been paid for and notice provided to customer of task(s) completed. Cost efficient for them and an incentive to use their online service, which is even far more cost efficient for them.”
