I love this place because it is outdoors and there is good amount of space. It is circuit-type of strength training. lots of core and leg work. there is only one instructor and they are all knowledgeable, however, they can not pay close attention to how everyone is moving, so this may not be a good fit for those who are new to strength training. i spent 2 years working with a personal trainer and only now i know how to move properly to gain muscle and avoid injury.

I like that workouts change every day and that each workout has a mix of cardio, strength and core. The combination of functional exercises hit muscles that you cannot easily hit by standard gym training. atmosphere is friendly non competitive and works equally well for all levels of fitness. Mike

I love working out at Sweat Outdoors! The workouts are always new and challenging and the coaches and other participants are very kind and supportive! I started going to Sweat Outdoors in 2021 when I didn’t feel safe working out inside due to Covid risk, and I was so grateful for the option. Nearly 3 years later I still look forward to the classes rain or shine and am so grateful it’s part of my weekend routine.

I love Sweat gym!! Im an ex-crossfit goer and have had a hard time finding something that includes enough cardio and challenging exercises until I found Sweat -- they offer awesome modifications, the instructors are amazing and the music keeps you GOING.

I absolutely LOVE SWEAT! I’ve been coming here for almost 6 months now and have never done the same workout! I love the coaches and the workouts are doable but always challenging. I’ve seen significant changes in my body and strength, I will most definitely be continuing!

Interesting and challenging workouts that are accessible to any level of fitness, you choose what weights and how hard you push yourself. It's so nice to have an outdoors option for a gym! All the instructors are positive and welcoming. Signups are easy and convenient on their app.

Great studio with excellent staff and lots of good workouts. Challenging.but safe. What’s really awesome is that the workout of the day is available multiple times a day so it really works for any schedule. I love the outdoor space but having a choice to go inside is nice.?

Love Sweat! Organized fitness classes and amazing coaches especially Donovan! Working out outdoor also feels so refreshing and nice! Clean equipment and an excessive amount where you aren't fighting for anything. The location here is spacious and not cramped. I enjoy the variety they provide as well. Donovan's dog Linus is also such a sweetheart! You need to try this place out! They also open literally everyday! Incredible!

Did I pick this place because of their name? Maybe. Do I keep coming back because it kicks my ass everytime? Definitely.Have been here a few times because the gym really isn't doing it for me mentally anymore. I need more of a challenge... something that makes me contemplate wether or not I'm gonna collapse right there and then from exhaustion. Sweat is it! Indoor and outdoor spot that makes me hate my life during it. Donovan is GREAT. Not only did he push me throughout the class, but he's a super fun coach too! Music was fun and he gave insightful tips that made the workout hurt even more. (In a good way)If you're looking for HIIT, I highly recommend this spot! You just got to commit to the SWEAT.

I’ve been coming here pretty consistently since early 2018, and have developed a workout habit that is just about daily. Solid workouts, lots of options (indoor/ outdoor / zoom). I’m probably in the best shape that I’ve been in since my college days. I’ve able to translate the whole body fitness from Sweat to improving my skiing, mountain biking, climbing, spartan races, hiking/trail running and more!

Best group workout I’ve been too. All ages and fitness levels are accommodated and instructors are fun and knowledgeable. Gives me a reason to get out of the house. Outdoors early morning is also my favorite time to workout and the facilities are great

TL;DR: if you haven’t been to Sweat before, try a class there and you will definitely LOVE it! Sweat is really AWESOME!!!I have tried many different studios and Sweat is really the best! First, you will not get bored and feel like you are doing the same old routine over and over again, as the exercises keep changing and incorporate various equipment. They are designed to challenge you to the utmost. Second, the studio is well- maintained and spacious. Last but not least, Cassie, the coaches (all of them, seriously, I mean ALL of them) and all who attend the class are super awesome! All have positive energy and attitude, are extremely encouraging, and make you feel very welcomed and comfortable regardless of your fitness level. To put it simply, it is a place that makes me want to come back year after year (and I have been doing that) and every class that I attend, although challenging, is undeniably super fun!

SWEAT has been a game changer. I started with zoom workouts back in 2020, which really helped me stay moving during a challenging time. Eventually I started going to the outdoor workouts weekly and now I’m going twice a week. All the coaches are great and keep me coming back every week. The classes are great for both those who are new to HIIT and those who have been doing it for years! Highly recommend!

Always high energy, good workouts, fun music, friendly trainers, and I love the outdoor gym style! I'm a runner and these classes were what I needed to build all around fitness in my training for a Spartan race! I also love that it is a very inclusive place with adaptable exercises for folks at different levels of ability and recovery, and trainers are very attentive to form and ready to help you modify any motion that doesn't feel right. I brag about this place on Strava!
