I recently visited Sherwin Williams and was blown away by the exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me with my painting project. Came in for a color match, both gentlemen on the staff were extremely helpful with that, and when not found in store, they called the Berkeley store and shared with them the details and asked if they can hold the order for me. I mean, this was for a $25 paint bucket, but damn was I impressed by the going above and beyond.
