“Honestly, surprisingly great. I dealt with the same (nice, helpful, thoughtful) employee on the phone and anytime I was there in person. In addition to being helpful and knowledgable, she remembered me and things we had discussed 3 months prior when I saw her next which is a rarity in any field today.
Storage was easy to use and well priced. You can uber or walk to public transit, otherwise the traffic across the bridge can be bad depending when you go, so navigate that properly and you'll be pleased.”

“Juan and Francisco were absolutely FANTASTIC!! From start to finish! It was as if they were moving their own personal belongings. They took such care, read all the box labels of where to put the boxes, wrapped and tapped the items perfectly and extremely fast! I’m blown away at the service of these two men!
As far as the office goes- the front desk lady needs much better customer service skills..she was very rude and didn’t even know who she was calling when she called me yesterday!
Eric and river were helpful and gave me peace of mind for patiently waiting for us to have a move date finalized. Moving can be unpredictable at times and they walked along aide us by email, assuring that they were here to help.

“I’ve never rented a storage unit before and unexpectedly had to move out of our large home. I called A-1 and spoke to Nae who was super helpful in explaining my options. On move day, I arrived ahead of the movers to make sure everything was a go ( I don’t know why I was nervous lol) and she explained the process in great detail and put me at ease. The facility was very clean and the unit was perfect. I recommend…10/10!”
“Eliye is awesome!! My sister was moving from Arizona and I came here to get my things from her. I realized the storage units are affordable, for the 10*10 at Public storage I’m paying double, so I decided to relocate all of my things here, I end up getting smaller storage but Eliye moved me into a bigger one with no problem and accommodate me by moving me closer to the elevator as I requested!!

“I’ve used this company 3 times now. They are fast, careful, and considerate. Their rates are possibly the best around. They always show up early and let you know if they can start early before they arrive. They are incredibly strong!! I’m exhausted from moving yesterday and I don’t event carry the heavy things up the stairs!! So my appreciation is overflowing for these folks who brought all of our heavy stuff up a set of stairs.
We both used Google translate to help us communicate and it was no problem at all. Highly recommended!”
“Brian Kinney helped me get accomplished what the automated scheduling system was unable to do. I had scheduled two POD pick ups, but the system only recorded one. Brian was proactive with calling me to let me know he would get the pick up completed. He did what he said he was going to do. Then a second time I scheduled to pick up the final POD, it didn't get picked up either! I called Brian and explained what happened, and he said he would take care of it and scheduled it the next day. Once done, he even sent me a confirmation photo! I really appreciate Brian's excellent customer service and attention to details which is a true talent in this day and age. THANK YOU Brian for doing a great job!”
