The only liquor in downtown Oakland which is stillopen after midnight . Staff is friendly and price is reasonable .

I came by to trade in my winning Lotto Scratcher ticket for more tickets. There was a constant flow of customers coming and going at this popular store. The cashier was quiet but efficient in taking care of my transaction.
