These guys are the best. They did not have to be as good at their job as they were, but they were on top of it. Managed to leave our house keys in the rental came back an hour later, hoping to find it and the fantastic people at this Fox Rental outlet Found them right away (All while helping other people to their cars Super efficiently) they also have a below market rate on gas for the car. So having them fill it up is actually saving you some money. Can’t recommend them enough, plus they are super nice.

I was unsure about this place but it was a great experience. The check-in was quick, cars were nice, and the employees were friendly. I recommend giving it a chance.

Alamo didn't hold my reservation so I ended up with these jokers. I didn't have a choice as my mom was in hospice and I needed to get there ASAP. They told me they were giving me a "manager's special", but it was double the cost of all other rentals. When I tried to decline the insurance (I already have it) they told me it would only be more expensive. Rip-off artists.

SCAM, be on guard when the gentleman (pr*ck) says he is including which means not free. He says this with a smile as if he is giving you a SUPER Deal. Do not initial anything without reading.., my mistake to trust a Flipper!!
Even their helpdesk redirects you to Manila.., Scam Apprenticeship Schooling!!

The estimated bill when booking was twice as much as the actual bill. This should be the last time I use your company. The staff is very professional and considerate. The screenshot below shows the first item details.

Long time for rental car shuttle and extended car rental check in and receipt process. Don’t know how much is Fox vs the rental car center at OAK but this too way too long.

I had my doubts about this place because I never even heard of it. But I was pleasantly surprised. The person who served me at the counter while I was picking up the car was very friendly and not pushy at all (e.g. like pushing to get the insurance) and was reassuring of the area. His name was Tamontay. The car I received was the car I wanted (a small sedan) and I did not have to wait for it. It was very clean inside. The car worked without any issues for the nine days that I had it. Thanks Fox.

We rented a Toyota cross. Excellent car and smooth checkout and check-in. I did notice a long line for others checking in and only 1 person working or I would give 5 stars.

DONT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEIR CARS ARE PIECE OF TRASH!!!
If I could put 0 starts I most certainly would!! They rented me a car with absolutely NO OIL and apparently the people that check the cars to see if they're in good condition don't do their job!
We rented the car from Oakland drove to Sacramento, and it drove fine, we wanted to visit Lake Tahoe, yet we didn't even make it there because the car suddenly started over heating to the point everything in the screen was red! I called the department & they told me it would take them at least 13-17 hours to get us a SWAP CAR. Those 13 hours we would be stranded in the middle of the road WITH A BABY! When the tow truck person arrived, he drove our swap car from SFO to Oakland and I had told him that the car wasn't drivable because of the overheating just to find out that he went to go buy coolant & oil! he didn't have a tow truck he came in the car we were going to drive back home because I found the receipt of the things he bought at Oriley's & the car only had half a tank of gas, I had to ask him to fill up my tank again since I had already paid my first rental car gas. We called at 1pm & we didn't get help until 2am legit waiting and stranded in the middle of the road where the car left us!
They are very irresponsible & it is not a family trusted company when they didn't even care that we had a baby on board in the middle of the road, I regret renting a car with this company knowing it was pretty much the same price with Enterprise or anything but this!!
When you call, they legit threaten you that if nothing is wrong with the car that you will have to pay all the expenses from something that they know it's their fault!!
