The hotel was clean enough. There were face smoosh marks on the bed backboard, but otherwise, it was pretty decent. The valet and front desk were nice. Location is sketch, but it's downtown Oakland, soooo....... you get what you get. Felt safe outside hotel.

Very nice hotel for much less than the surrounding hotels. Rooms were recently updated and a nice lounge to relax after a long day. Will definitely stop back again when in town.Nearby activities: Very close to 12th St City Center Bart station.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and in good condition. Dining is still pretty limited.Walkability: In the heart of downtown.
