“We drove here from San Fernando Valley to meet with Debbie to open a business checking and savings account. The Lake Balboa branch had no open appointments. Luckily the Thousand Oaks branch had a spot open. Drove here on a Friday afternoon and we had such a great banking experience with Debbie, it was worth the drive. My siblings and I were so very pleased with Debbie. She was very knowledgeable, she was very thorough, very fast, boom boom boom... she confirmed and verified everything to avoid any misspellings and mistakes. She is very pleasant to do business with. We will definitely be recommending her and Chase to family, friends, colleagues, and other business associates. We love her!!”

“The westlake village location told me that B of A does do blocked accounts for minors. I gave the attorney the bank info for the court order. When the check & order came in, the westlake branch then informed me that they don't. I sent an email off to my attorney and they told me to double check - they use b of a all the time. So instead of calling the westlake branch, I called Agoura. Toni Rose answered the phone and confirmed that b of a DOES do blocked accounts for minors. She was so pleasant and thoughtful! 5 stars for Toni!”

They have a drive thru ATM which is a big help if you only need to make a deposit or cash withdrawal. For quite a while there were two Wells Fargo branches in the same shopping center but they finally closed the other one and kept this one which is much more convenient to park at Definitely okay if you're a Wells Fargo customer”

“I've been a client of One West Bank for a year now and I've been extremely satisfied with my decision to bank here. I moved over from Wells and I must say the "small town" feel you get here is something else. I'm always greeted with a smile and warm hello's when I walk in and there's hardly ever a line. This bank has great debit card accounts for younger folk as the fees are waived if you sign up for online banking. 10/10 would recommend. Stop in next time and see what they are all about!”

“Have used these guys for decades, but stopped using for checking decades ago when the fees grew. However, have affected deposit box here for decades and have always had good service when I needed to get to box. Also, the tellers have been great and friendly. Get small company checks from a Wells Fargo in another state and they have always been no issue in cashing in California - I usually remote deposit in Bank of America. They do not put more than next day holds on these routine checks even when for large amounts.”

Definitely a change from your usual food mart at a gas station. They have a ton of great iced & hot coffee options for when you're on the go, among tons of other drinks & snacks.
