“We drove here from San Fernando Valley to meet with Debbie to open a business checking and savings account. The Lake Balboa branch had no open appointments. Luckily the Thousand Oaks branch had a spot open. Drove here on a Friday afternoon and we had such a great banking experience with Debbie, it was worth the drive. My siblings and I were so very pleased with Debbie. She was very knowledgeable, she was very thorough, very fast, boom boom boom... she confirmed and verified everything to avoid any misspellings and mistakes. She is very pleasant to do business with. “I've been a client of One West Bank for a year now and I've been extremely satisfied with my decision to bank here. I moved over from Wells and I must say the "small town" feel you get here is something else. I'm always greeted with a smile and warm hello's when I walk in and there's hardly ever a line. This bank has great debit card accounts for younger folk as the fees are waived if you sign up for online banking. 10/10 would recommend. Stop in next time and see what they are all about!”

The branch manager Mariam is so knowledgeable, friendly with a smiling face, and polite, and she always takes her time to explain everything to me, in regards to a wire transfer, opening a merchant account, making payments online, or a line of credit. The tellers are very friendly too. I highly recommend this branch.”
