“Working with Luigys Moving & Storage was nothing short of incredible. I had never used professional office movers before, so not only did I not know what to expect/what was needed of me, but we also had an incredibly short turn around time of one day. Yes, that's right, ONE day for a long distance move. The minute Gerson picked up the phone to my panicked voice, I felt a sense of relief.
He quickly got back to me to confirm that they could in fact do the move (!) and shared all the steps that would happen, what was needed, and everything in-between.
From the moment the 3 movers arrived, everything went so smoothly and efficiently. Their communication is incredible, they worked SO fast, and were incredibly kind.

“Great storage experience! Easy access. Always clean. (Never saw food on the floor, like at Uhaul) Staff is helpful and friendly. Moving tools including flatbeds and dollys are available for immediate use. (Not padlocked in front office, like Uhaul) Elevator always worked.(Unlike Storage West in Southern California) I would highly recommend and would store again. Thank you Heirloom Storage!”

“Sara is a wonderful manager. This facility is spotless. Her approach to customer service is second to none. She has helped me on a couple different occasions pertaining to my account. My only wish is that she was in the office more often like she used to be. Now in order to find her I have to wait for certain times of the day. She is the only manager that I have found to be up to my professional expectations”
