Not sure what the employees think their job is. Customer service? Went to ask some simple questions about their services and the energy and tude was, don't bother me. Dismissive stink eye with some 18 year old at the counter snickering. Schwab, you can do better. Scrap this crew and start anew. I really want to use your services.

I have an account with Schwab and I love the company. I just referred 3 new customers for them. The Novato office visit was not what I expected. I brought someone into the office to transfer all her accounts from WellsFargo investment and all her retirement, The nice kid at the front desk was not very knowledgeable so one of the two employees came out to assist, but it seems that if you are not using a managed account they just hand you paperwork The Person I brought was elderly with a cane but the employee would not offer her to sit in her office to assist and the branch manager although his office is right in front of the lobby with glass windows he was "too busy" and important to assist, acknowledge, or greet us, (He clearly was not to busy at all) I will bring the 3 new clients but I will drive to the Santa Rosa office where we will have a much better experience.

Deposited a check at Schwab in Novato on Grant and got prompt, friendly service. Very nice office, very conveniently located.

the women in the front desk had a bad attitude and was incredibly unimfortmative. I am studying a semester in London and was told that it would be an easy process to get a debit card expidated(which it was not) and now I am here jumping through hoops, being transfered from one associate to another on the phone being told different things I need to do. I have had to fill out and upload multiple forms. The Associate at the front desk in Novato had no clue what she was talking about and was just trying to get me in and out of the building as quick as possible. This will be the last time I use Charles Schwab Bank.

Trying to open a Schwab account for global travel has been almost 3 weeks of confusion. Endless calls to Customer Service filled with friendly people but conflicting advice and long delays in results. This local office has been most helpful. Special shoutout to Kaylen for walking us through the final questions.
