“Wish they had more than one or 2 checkout cashiers which can create waiting in line holding multiple pairs of shoes for 10-15 mins. Not easy for those of us with arthritic hands, weak knees and no place to sit and still must wait your turn. ?Be warned... No bags to hold multiple pairs of shoes unless you pay $1.00 for a large paper shopping bag I believe, and that only holds 2 maybe 3 pairs of shoes. Maybe bring in a shopping cart from the always busy grocery store and shop in comfort?
You would think they would encourage multiple purchases.
Doesn't stop me from donating old shoes and getting $5 reward points limited to donating once a week. Also lots of choices for womens' tennis shoes.”

Though we were not able to find the exact items I needed, she told me to try online and explained the process of ordering the items to the store as well.Very sweet woman. Very patient.”
“I’ve been to Shoe Palace several times and I’m always lucky enough to be helped by Angel. He helped me pick out shoes and made recommendations on what to wear them with. He has great style and his customer service is amazing. Not all employees will go around the store and help style you, he goes the extra mile. “I stopped by this Champs store tonight while my wife was shopping at Macy's. I wanted to come here to look at some Jordan shirts and what hats they have here. When I walked inside, a worker greeted me and then left me alone to shop. This store is a decent size and has a lot of different merch in the stores. I checked out some Adidas shoes and their hats in the back. They also had some deals going on too on some Jordans shirt.”

“It's been years since I came to tillys but my son needed an outfit for a party the next day so we came here. The girls there were great they helped us find a complete outfit for my son. Gave us suggestions which I don't think I needed because I told my son I have great style. But I don't remember how expensive clothes is came out spending over $300 but I guess it was worth it.”

“I stopped by this JD Sports store tonight while my wife was shopping at Hollister next door inside Northridge Fashion Center. When I walked inside, a employee greeted me right when I was looking at the Jordan on display. He asked if I had any questions or need help but I told him I was just browsing while my wife shop. They have some nice shoes selection here and clothing too. I saw a couple of Air Jordan brand throughout the store. It was not busy tonight and I think I was like 1 of 4 guest inside.”
