We met salesman Pol Rosales @ Pacific Sales Woodland Hills who had the ability to provide us with our vision of a remodeled bathroom due to his expertise, experience, ability to integrate, and of course keeping within our price point. Pol was able to select our shower/basin faucets/shower fixtures, and bathroom amenities (medicine cabinets, towel racks, toilet (including our favorite item a bidet)! Pol is friendly, understanding, and a pleasure to be around!”

To helping me look for a new washer and offering to take a look at my old one to see if it was repairable. They are very busy, he was able to squeeze me for an appointment today for the technician to come to my house.The staff very professional keeping in touch with me with a ETA when the technician will arrive to my home. When both technicians arrived they fixed the problem. :). I’m so happy and great full to have found them. Highly recommended this place.”

They also got it done faster than anticipated and the price was fair to take care of that very expensive vacuum. Our bathtub was delivered with the wrong color drain ( mistake made by the manufacturer not Robert) and he personally drove to the manufacturing company in North Hollywood and then dropped the part off at our house !!! He really went above and beyond the call of duty . It was a gesture greatly appreciated and reflects very well on Snyder Diamond.”

“My water tankless heater failed on Good Friday, expecting heavy rains Saturday, went to Home Depot and they only had 1 in stock (a brand I've never heard of). Called Ferguson 5 minutes before closing and told them my problem and that I was 3 minutes away, the salesmen said come on down. When I arrived there was someone waiting with the gate partially open, actually knew his stuff and had me in and out in 15 minutes with the brand I wanted and made sure I had everything I might need. They saved my weekend, it's nice to know there are still stores out there who will help a man out in a pinch. Thanks a bunch guys, I really appreciate it!!!”

“This is my home location and my review might be a bit biased because I've grown to like this location and it's crew. To begin they are right next door to the Hirschians (inside joke) and the prices are always better than Hirsch. Second even though there is always customers waiting it's never too long of a wait to get items I need, chat it up, and get out the door in a timely fashion. I love the customer service, their welcoming good morning, sarcastic answers and jokes. This has grown to be my supplier family. I appreciate all their work and help they provide. Especially Daniel, he always provides the best customer service!”

“Only reviewing based on their selection of rubs and the staff. They have a pretty good selection of rubs for all kinds of meats. It's not so overwhelming you can't decide but it has enough variety. On top of it all, the staff is great. Friendly, willing to help, but also not pestering or overbearing. They'll always talk to you about the rub you picked and what they've tried it on and had it on. Great place.”

“Huge selection of furnace filters here. Ours is a non-standard size and I've never seen it at the big box stores, much less the mom and pop shops. Tried ordering off Amazon before, but the filters show up kinda mangled. Some of their inventory requires a contractor's license, so you may wanna call ahead.”
