The bank staff is amazing! The bank set up is very difficult and the atm never works. There are 2 drive throughs but only 1 atm. You need to put another atm in the drive up. Staff is only reason from the 4 stars.

Only one ATM machine never worts or out of cash.Today PIN code pat was not working at all .Horrible

The lines at the N Hollywood branch are the worst. It appears that either the staff needs more training or you need more employees. This will be the third time I walk out before being helped. I have both my business and personal accounts here and I am seriously considering moving those accounts elsewhere.
