They make me want to leave t mobile completely & join simple mobile. Wish I had photos to share, but take my word for it they’re very good at what they do. I’ve never experienced a bad time.”

“I stopped by this TMobile store today because I was visiting Noho Commons for an event and arrived early so I wanted to look at their Samsung phones. I parked in the parking garage toward the back because it said the parking is complimentary for two hours with validation but today there was no guard rail up at the parking garage entrance so it was free. When I walked inside TMobile, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told him I just wanted to look at the Galaxy S25 phones and he left me be. I was able to compare my Galaxy S23 to the newest model. I also look at their iPhone 16 as well. I didn't have any issues during my visit today.”

“I have to tell you, this is the first time where I feel like I have had a really positive and personal experience going into a T-Mobile store. Richard and Tona (I believe) we're exceptionally personal and kind. Even as the pandemic and protesting are going on, they both still made me feel special and valued. I had an issue with my phone not getting reception and without any hesitation they tested my phone and decided that it needed to be replaced(through insurance). I came in a few days later when the phone arrived to the store not sure what to expect from a customer service standpoint and I was amazed to see the same great customer service was continued. They made me feel very comfortable and connected to me personally. They got to know me as a person and made the process so easy and quick. Thank you for the great service. This is my store of choice and I encourage others to go in and experience the great customer service I experienced. Good job everyone!”
