“I’ve been coming here since the iPhone 5C. Love this place & the prices. Since then they’ve upgraded their atmosphere, & now have a nice snack stand. Great customer service, very attentive. They make me want to leave t mobile completely & join simple mobile. Wish I had photos to share, but take my word for it they’re very good at what they do. I’ve never experienced a bad time.”

“My experience at this store was very good. Recently, I made the error of switching from tmobile to Verizon and instantly regretted the coverage.
I went and stopped by to this location. At first I was thrown off by the bad reviews but was delighted to find that the manager, Jason assisted me with switching back to tmobile. He was quick and answered my questions and made me feel welcomed. Ultimately, he helped me and I am happy I came back.

“Alfonso was super helpful at checkout and level-headed when there was a problem with my payment that required him to get a manager for help. It wasn't until afterwards I found out it was his first day! Kinda disappointed that Target sent an employee out on the floor right away with no one visibly training them, but I would've never guessed because Alfonso helped keep an almost super stressful situation under control”
