He showed me his new shop next door and personally went through his higher end products and was able to detail why they are better and what you are paying for. This guy is the type of businessman you love to see succeed.”
“The same day I broke my screen I called the insurance (thank God) and they guided me here to fix my crack screen that same day. The service was beyond fast ( 1 hour+ a few minutes ) , super friendly and very professional. Highly recommend ?. Still amazed how fast they were. Phone is good as new.Their store is also well equipped with quality cases and protectors. (Just to be safe bought a screen protector) . Highly recommended ?. Out of 10 I give them 20 stars.”

“10/10 service, replaced back glass over lens and screen protector in half an hour. Had the parts for my phone, too, which were hard to find—I called about a dozen other places and none of them had the parts to fix it on the same day. Would come back, even though they're out of my way. Mamun did an excellent job and was super nice. Thanks to him!!”

I have got to say, I have been in tmobile, att, and Verizon but the customer service by Jimmy was as if he was the manager. Jimmy new his promotions, he knew the plans. Jimmy went out of his way to try and save me as much money as possible since I was in a budget. “Everything seems to be bigger here in Burbank even for Target, located in a large shopping center right next to other stores, I got a bit overwhelmed here, just more stuffs to check out and I guess more spending for me at the end, a lot of their toys were somewhat untouched for no reasons at all, like last week Thanksgiving didn't wipe out the place, but I have to definitely make my stop here again if I am in the area.”

“I cannot praise enough the service I had from Ish, in this store. I had to visit twice, because I couldn't find my password info, but he was so patient, and the great news is that he helped me FIND my lost iphone, and he did it so quickly. He located where the phone was, and then when I got back to the property, he activated the alarm on it so I was able to find it. It was in a horse field.....! So yes, this was very impressive. Ish was so knowledgeable and patient, he is a hero. Everyone in the store was super nice. I am eternally grateful!”

“This store is run like a well oiled machine. Everyone knows their job and there is a definite team vibe w the employees. The manager helped me twice in the last 4 days and was professional both times. Same w the employees yesterday when I asked for items to help me troubleshoot my issue. I avoid going into stores because I never know which is a good corp store and which is not but, trust me, this is a good one. You should also know this is a corp store and not a franchise. I will definitely use this one again as long as that manager is there.”
