“I went in today for exchange a damaged drawer that I bought a week ago. they are so nice, no questions ask. Rosa asked Charlie to help me, he immediately say " yes". Rosa told me how to get the item and showed me the item number. I walked over and kind of lose because it's a big warehouse, Charlie opposed me with a my old damaged drawer and help me to pick out the right one. “I do recommend Home Depot but their return service need to be reviewed. The last two times I retuned an item in the late evening there were two return stations open. Both stations had multiple item returns and the line was getting longer. But there were three or four employees further back that seemed to be conversing and enjoying themselves rather than opening up a new station. Management needs to retrain these employees.”
“What can I say about Home Depot if you're having issues with plumbing or DIY projects this is a place to go on that particular day I had an issue with my AC hose. I didn't want to do anything fancy or get a new hose I just wanted to get it fixed and who help me with this issue was Mitch from plumbing very welcoming and very informed so if you have any issues always go to Mitch ( plumbing department} man needs a raise !!! Home Depot time to level him up or given a raise lol !!! He's one of the reasons why home Depot is a staple in the community !!!”
