Galdino is terrific as are all the other people we have dealt with there. Sometimes they are really busy but worth the wait. Also, having a busy branch means that the company is less likely to close this branch! Another +”

I came here after Bank of America down the street refused to sell me quarters or let me sign up for an account same day (it was completely empty) so I signed up for a Wells Fargo account!”

“I wanted to write about , Chris Militonyan the banker , on 12/09/22 at north Hollywood bank , he was very professional had a great attitude, he had a special attitude very smart and kind , very patient, had great knowledge about everything, I give him a 30+ excellent service , please take of him and help him to grow at this bank .he deserves it greatly. He should be a branch manager. We were here with couple of people but I have never seen such employe such proffesional attitude. Please he should become a manager soon I hope to see him in this position very soon , I hope he stays here for a long time. Please forward this message to all supervisors!! “I come here frequently to use the atm and it's very pleasant. The few times that I have gone inside to speak with a Teller have been just fine too. However I make sure that I dont come to the Bank on Mondays and Fridays because those days get very busy here. Maybe the bad reviews are from those days. The only reason I can't give this five stars is because sometimes in the parking lot I see homeless walking around which makes me feel nervous while visiting a bank. They need better security outside.”

“A Branch Worth VisitingIt feels so good to walk into a branch of a huge financial institution and get treated like you matter, despite not having the size account that some branches equate with how much you should matter.This Bank of America location is like a breath of fresh air. I was surprised when I realized that Steven Lindorojas, the branch manager, was the one to come out and speak to me during a recent visit here. I had asked to speak to a banker because of a deposit issue I had after visiting the bank the previous day.He listened carefully, was interested, engaged, explained several things really well, and deftly handled the issue for me, giving me great relief!It’s not just that he solved my problem; it’s the manner in which he engaged with me. He exudes professionalism, but he presented a humble, down to earth, empathetic quality that was much appreciatedAnd Steven isn’t the only reason for my 5-star review of this branch because as mentioned, I had visited the bank the previous day. For all of a couple of seconds, their power went offline. The manner in which several bank associates attended to the customers waiting for service was really noteworthy. They spoke to each of us in such a personable manner to explain what was happening and how long we might have to wait, which luckily wasn’t long at all.I think what I’m trying to say, is that unlike many bank branches I’ve visited, at this BofA I felt seen, heard and appreciated for being a customer. I would drive out of my way to return to this location if I needed assistance with something.Hopefully my review will be one of many that shines a light on management style that appeals to the average customer.I saw a lot of bad reviews for this location, but I can only speak for how I experienced my two visits here. It always comes down to who a customer interacts with at any business, large or small.I thank Steven Lindorojas and his staff for my very pleasant experiences visiting their branch. I think Steven is a perfect example of how to do it right, and he apparently sets a good example.”

“Highly professional branch overall. one of the tellers, his name is Khachik, is literally the best teller i've conducted a transaction with. exemplary service. listened throughly to my request and was able to clearly articulate offerings that best met my need and as a result solved a problem i was losing sleep over. i'm currently banking elsewhere (have been with the same bank for 10+ years) but am now strongly considering switching.”
