“Went to No Limit to get a quote and Mike immediately sat down with me to build the entire thing out. He took me through all the parts (even the ones we couldn’t see) and built out an honest quote for me. After a few visits to other body shops, I decided to stick with No Limit since they were transparent and answered all my questions.
During the entire process, they were in touch with me to let me know what stage the car was in and what to expect next.

“Since MINI of Santa Monica closed I’ve been looking for a new dealership for service.
Glad to be at a MINI only dealership again because the dual BMW/MINI dealerships treat MINI owners as if we’re the burdensome bastard-child or something. Felt that way at Bob Smith and South Bay which are dual dealerships.
The porters/valets here at Universal MINI are always friendly with a smile which sets the tone for each visit.
The service guys Jorge, Jose & Mario are always fun to interact and joke with when I’m there for service and great when answering any questions or concerns I may have. Can’t recall a time when I’ve visited and one of us says something to have the service office cracking up laughing.
Oh and the parts dept guy George upstairs is always cool to hangout with and shoot the breeze while waiting for my car. He helps to make the wait time go by faster and I get to learn about which MINI’s are prone to this or that happening the most. I happy with this dealership and have had no problems.”

“On July 10th we were supposed to drive home from our vacation, but had a dead battery. After a jump, we made it to this location to buy a new one. Rick M. was the employee that helped me that day, and he was fantastic. He loaned me tools, made sure I had all the parts I needed, and even gave me gloves to keep my hands clean! While he was helping me, he was also helping other customers and nobody was neglected. In fact, the group of customers were all chatting happily with each other and Rick due to his outgoing and friendly personality.
Normally, having a car problem on a vacation is a stressful and frustrating experience, and it was, until we got to AutoZone and were lucky enough to have Rick helping us. In less than twenty minutes we had the battery changed and were on our way home.
