“LOVE living at 1600 Vine. All the leasing staff are friendly and it’s so nice to still see them all here after 1 year of living here. We are renewing our lease since we can’t imagine living anywhere else. We are new to LA and were nervous about adjusting to a new place. 1600 Vine felt like home from the beginning. “Leaving this review about a week into living here! So far it's been great. Neighbors are super nice & the leasing office is awesome. Gabriela, Bree, and Katie were awesome during the whole application & move in process. They definitely are a big reason we decided to go with Academy Village. Anything we've needed they're on top of it! As for previous comments, I can't really speak to any of those experiences as I haven't been here long enough, nor have I experienced anything out of the ordinary in the first week. I did see them adjusting a camera outside of the garage a couple days ago so that's always good, lol. Can definitely update later on but for now, love the apartment we're in & the people in the building are great!”

“Rented here for a year with some roommates and really enjoyed it! Scott is a wonderful manager, extraordinarily amiable and considerate. Our security deposit was pretty low (I think it was half a month's rent?) and we got almost all of it back upon move-out. Maintenance requests were filled quickly and efficiently. Neighbors in the building and next doors can get pretty loud but that's honestly expected for the area and how young most of the people are. The apartment we had didn't get much natural light but the amenities are nice and updated, laminate wood floors and clean new carpets in the bedrooms. The complex is walking distance to the fun part of the Arts District -- lots of bars, coffee shops & restaurants, comic book store & art galleries/theatres, metro station, small library, and the Vegan Market & Farmer's Market every weekend! Nice neighborhoods nearby for walking/running. Overall very good experience!”

This area is centrally located to everything I need as well. So that’s a big deal for me!”

“Recently moved into Aura NoHo and have been loving it thus far! Our building manager is extremely accommodating and issues are very quickly resolved by maintenance. We also have not had any issues in regards to noise. I would definitely recommend Aura NoHo!!”
