“Went in recently for a Mazda Connect software update for my 2019 CX-5. The update took a little over an hour and I received text message updates on the status with a link to review any additional services needed based on the free diagnostic. Service was excellent from everyone involved as they were welcoming and informative. Although I am not a believer in paying $100 for a proprietary software update that is delivered from a usb stick, the customer service was top notch.”
“Was having an issue with the 4x4 on my Toyota 4Runner (wouldn't disengage from 4WD) and after taking it to the dealership and another mechanic I decided to take it to a 4 wheel specialist. Both previous mechanics were telling me it might be the whole transmission and that it would be thousands to fix. I took my car in for a diagnostic telling them the issue, the price for the diagnostic was very fair. They are very busy so go into it knowing that, got my car back and they were able to fix the issue after taking their time to really look at my car. I appreciate the fact that they didn't give up and tell me the most expensive fix instead they checked the small stuff first and were able to resolve the issue for me. Definitely recommend, good experience and friendly workers/owner.”
