“Had an emergency. The mechanic working on my Mercedes E550 ran into an unexpected problem that required machining on the engine block, but unfortunately he did not have the equipment to do that type of work. Found Bosch on Yelp and called to see if they did that type of work and could then finish the original job. Talked to Matt and explained the situation. He asked if I could send him a photo for his mechanic to look over before giving me a quote. I took the pics and sent them via text. He called me back a short while later with a quote and I explained I really needed the car and how long would it be until he could take it in. He agreed to take it right away. I called AAA and had it towed to him. This was Tuesday afternoon and I wasn't expecting the work to be completed until at least Thursday. He called me again late Tuesday and explained that there really was one other part involved that his mechanic recommended replacing. He fully explained the reasons, which made total sense, so I approved it. He said they hoped to have it done by late Wednesday, ahead of my expectations. Sure enough, he texted me Wednesday at about 5, saying it was ready. I got up there immediately. Not only was he nice, friendly and professional, both he and his mechanic took great care with my car and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. My 'baby' is now purring like new again. Their work was excellent. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a repair facility. Highly recommend!”

“Wonderful experience. I was allowed to try several car before buying, a good thing to see and do. It allowed me to make an informed choice about the car I'd eventually buy. After buying, there was an issue with a couple of buttons on the dashboard that did not work, but they took care of the issue, and now my car work perfectly. “A huge shoutout to Nick at RESMO! Today, my daughter and I found ourselves stranded in a parking lot on Old Middlefield with a completely flat tire and no spare (thanks Tesla!). After waiting an hour and a half for a tow truck, and with no end in sight, we were getting desperate as repair centers were closing soon. We noticed RESMO nearby and approached their service desk. Nick immediately listened to our situation and didn't hesitate to help. He walked back with us to our car, equipped with a portable tire pump. Nick patched the tire temporarily and inflated it enough for us to drive to a nearby tire center. Thanks to his prompt action, we arrived just in time and were back on the road with new tires within 15 minutes!

“I recently purchased a pristine 2011, M-Benz CL63-AMG, from C&C Export Car Center in San Carlos and I can say, without hesitation, that this was the best experience I've ever enjoyed in buying a used car. I had been looking for this particular model of M-Benz for some time, and there are not alot of clean, low-mileage examples out there. “I've only had great times at this service center. My tech Harry is nice and always explains things to me in depth, and dumbs it down when I don't understand. I always pick up and drop my car without any issues and if there's even a small wait everyone is super apologetic- their online scheduling portal is also pretty simple. They provide complementary pick up and drop off Lyft services if you're within a certain radius which is super helpful. You can drop your car off before work and pick it up after. Your car will come back washed and in better shape than when you leave, based on my experiences ! I used to go to Steven's creek Subaru and they're good too if you're in south bay.”

“I was recently in the market for a used commercial truck when I came across ABC Auto Brokers. I had to change trucks in order to meet the new California emissions standards, but I wanted to keep the refrigerated box I had on mine, and have it switched over onto to the truck I purchased there. This was no big deal for them since they do it all the time. This is a job that usually requires a couple of days, I informed the owner (Ben) that I could only spare one day. He was very accommodating and suggested we size up the two trucks first, then he would alter and prepare the newer truck so that box transfer would only take a day. Well, of course has we know, things don't always go has planned, there were some unforeseen circumstances that required more time. But Ben had his guys stay over time and complete the job well into the evening. (I'd like to add, Ben kept me up to date on the whole project from start to finish by sending me videos and photos) And has promised, I got the call that truck was ready! Ben seems like a nice guy and has a good sense of humor, but what's most important to me is that he showed me he keeps his word. He gave me a 30-day warranty in writing for the truck, which you don't always get when you buy used, he even mentioned a little bit longer for the smaller stuff. He also added a free oil change when the time came and he gave me a free gallon of DEF on my way out, which he didn't have to do. So, all in all my experience was great!
