“They did an amazing job! Someone rear ended my Tesla last month and did quite a bit of damage. Any time I look for a services I always do my research and check the reviews and I saw that this place had quite a bit of good feedback, so I decided to take my car here, and I'm really glad I did. My insurance adjuster wasn't really the best with communicating some of the details with me, the repair, and car rental place, but Go auto was so accommodating, they were consistent, great at communicating updates on my car, accommodating me when my rental car policy expired. And when I got my car back it looked good as new. I also gave them my car when it was on low battery and they even charged it for me and made sure everything was clean. This is and will always be where I go to get my car repaired from now on.”

The front staff, Alex, is so thorough and competent with his estimates, no surprises and he handles everything with your insurance company. Each car has been completed on time and with interior vacuume detailing and a wash. The shop even did a few extras for my elderly mom like pick up and drop off as well as buffed the headlights on her old car making it look newer as well as safer. A shop with integrity. “Joe was great. He helped me decide on the right Thule and Yakima equipment to install a rack on my car for my kayak. One part needed to be ordered, and when it didn't come in on time, they rush ordered another one. I had a few problems getting my kayak secured and they helped me over the phone and in person. And when we discovered there was one strap missing, Joe opened up a new Yakima box and took the strap from that kit. Then he covered and taped the metal hook so it wouldn't scratch my car. I'd recommend this shop to anyone that wants to get it done right.”

They did an amazing and quick job on my vehicle. They also ended up touching up my rear bumper that had some chips in the paint! Our experience was so wonderful, we actually brought in another one of our vehicles here for a paint touch up on some minor scratches on the roof and bumper. Very pleased with the work done, and customer service. I highly recommend this place!”
