Very disappointed with the service by Brianna today. Nobody in the branch and they were talking amongst themselves. Brianna was rude she could of helped me with my online service

No lines, no greetings and my schedule appt at 2pm today 8/17 but my banker is having her lunch break somewhere while I am waiting. I walked out after waiting for 10 min. Very disappointed!
