Not so long after, I decided to apply for a car loan Christy was the loan officer assigned to my application and she was fabulous through out the process. The whole process lasted on only two days. “Absolutely has been 5 Star service during COVID and ever since. Chase on Hidden Valley was horrible enough for us to withdraw all of our money and open an account at Citi bank at that location. We've received at most customer service from the get-go. Every single time we go there, there is no line, and if there is, they open more tellers, customer service does their best to service us for our special requests and Karen has just been exceptional today with advising us with more options to get the most for our money. Absolutely has been awesome to be part of Citibank family.”

“Checked in today for the first time and was really impressed by the consistent professionalism of the Management and Teller Teams! Everyone was sharply dressed, fully focused and kindly engaged in their hustle, and Jassie especially stood out as an incredibly quick and efficient Worker with a radiantly healing smile. I walked in ten minutes before closing and the line was long but the Managers were Professional in not locking the doors until it was five and making sure everyone who came before five was taken care of thoroughly. “I must say I have been ignorant about knowing that this place even existed. I have been going to the Mira Loma location off of limonite for the past year. today the branch manager at the limonite location Lyn left a sour enough taste in my mouth to where I decided I was going to find the next local Bank of America. The two locations are not transparent. One is ran with integrity and great customer service, and the other location. Limonite is ran by people with attitude, and it reflects down to the tellers.As soon as you walk into Hamner location, you are greeted might not one but many people who are working in there when I walked in to the limonite location today I waited in the merchant line for about 5 to 10 minutes before I was finally acknowledge and told there was no merchant line !!!!! I will be going to this one for now on. Thank you for your help today John.”
