“We drove two hours away and ended up in Norco, 100+ degree heat during the drive there and the AC in our truck wasn’t blowing cold. We were all MISERABLE, especially my six month old and having the windows down being stuck in traffic wasn’t cutting it. O’Reilly’s happen to be the closest auto parts store near our planned destination. Mo was so helpful. We had previously attempted to charge the line with fre-on and it was unsuccessful because we didn’t charge it enough. Mo saved the trip with his upbeat personality and we were able to crack jokes instead of being frustrated at the situation. We happily “froze” on our way back while blasting the AC making the traffic bearable. In short: Outstanding customer service!”

She went above and beyond with her customer service and I really appreciate all her help. Highly recommend the store and service.”

My insurance took a while to get back to them for parts and payment however, All Magic did their due diligence, they worked quick and had the best service I’ve ever had. “I have built my 2000 CRV two years ago. I used a ton of skunk2 parts from drive train to dress up. I recently developed a small oil leak. In searching I found that it was coming from a failed o-ring in my oil cap. I bought these parts over two years ago! I just got off the phone with there customer service dept and they are doing a one time warranty exchange for me! These guys are the best in the business! The gentleman in the phone was empathetic and understanding. Skunk2 stood behind there product and have a customer for life! Thank you so much for this simple replacement I was willing to buy another but was honestly bummed. After my conversation with there amazing team I am elated with skunk2 and there products! Thank you again!”
“Negative reviews aside, I’ve had nothing but good luck with Skunk2 products.
I’ve had EG/DC upper control arms & balls joints for over 5 years with no issues.
I’ve also had upper and lower radiator hoses for 5 years with no issues.
I had their MegaPower muffler that I only removed due to State Reff.
I’m even more impressed because I track my car 3-4 times a year.
I can’t speak on their customer service or warranty because I’ve never needed to do so.
Maybe I’m just lucky?”

“I have an older car and just wanted it to be repaired back to normal after my accident. This place went above my expectations by washing and detailing the inside and outside of my car. I was blowen away at how quick my car was returned to me.Maria was my point of contact and always had me updated and informed about the process and time my car would be done. I would definitely return here if I have another repair I need and wish I could give them 10 stars.”
