“Made an appointment with Paul at JBM to take my F150 in for a ReadyLIFT leveling kit installation, including an alignment and headlight adjustment. JBM Offroad is definently the place to go for quality customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and a wide range of Offroad products. Both Paul and Mark handle the front office and oversight and are top notch at what they do. Stellar customer service. I was told by Paul that after about 1000 miles to bring it back for a check torque on hardware and overall alignment. Joel was the technician who installed the lift kit, handled the alignment, and adjusted my headlights. The shop is very clean and professional, as is the office and waiting area. I was told the truck would be ready at 2:30 pm and it was ready at 2 10 pm. Great service, people, products, and experience. Highly recommended for all of your offroad needs. 35 minutes from Mission Viejo in Corona off the 91 near the 71. A one-stop shop!”

I converted my Dodge to run a Ford transfer so I needed to have a driveline made contact with these guys came in great customer, service, and fast turnaround. They were on time, just as promised, I could not be happier with entire process. Also, I don’t want to put any other driveline shops down, but these guys were able to use the parts that I had because they have the right tools and experience. The other driveline shop I went to told me that my double cardon joint i had had would not work the truth is they just did not have the tools or experience long story short that’s about a $500 part I did not have to purchase because these guys know what they’re doing. Definitely come here. If you’re looking for a one customer service and good quality work I absolutely have no affiliation with these people. Just a happy customer.”

When we called Corona-Norxo Radiators, they gave us a quote on the phone of $700.00 to replace the radiator and hoses. We brought the vehicle in and they did the repair in the time frame they promised and the price did not change. Great work and friendly staff. I recommend this place to folks that do not want to get ripped off by Larry Miller Toyota!”

Nearly everyone there is courteous and knowledgeable; they can be more grumpy Saturdays when they're slammed. Their computer system helps them out a lot when finding parts. They also give 10% discount on AAA card holders. If they don't have a part in stock, they can usually get it in the next day, or refer you to another NAPA location.”
