“What a gem! Don't be fooled by the unassuming store. My son needed a new pair of soccer cleats and I knew little about what type of cleats to get. The owner EZ was very patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and patiently brought out at least 4 pairs of shoes for my son to try. My son has wide feet so EZ found several wide cleats for him try. Then he told him more about how soccer shoes should fit - snug so you can feel the ball when you kick for control. We finally found a pair he liked. Didn't feel pressured to buy anything. We'll definitely go back again when he needs a new pair of cleats.”

“VERY COMFORTABLE CLOTHING ! My wife and I Iove this clothing brand...we have bought a swag of it at 2 different stores already. We had my wife's son in tow when we walked in here around 3pm on Saturday.......this is quite a small store compared to the others we have seen. VERY BUSY ! There were a lot of customers which made the store look even smaller. My wife was on a mission wanting to buy a couple of new Long-Sleeve Lux Crew ( long sleeve t-shirts ). They had just the one in Black Heather in my wife's small size...it looked great and my wife said it felt very comfortable. My wife also wanted one in Plum Heather but they had none. That will be a BUY ONLINE job along with another pair of Performance Joggers...long. I bought another Strato Tech Tee ( t-shirt ) in Navy Heather plus another pair of Fleet Joggers in Black. And we bought my wife's son a Strato Tech Tee in Charcoal Heather. REAL HELPFUL SERVICE ! One of the managers named Noah looked after us at the cashier desk. THE QUALITY IS FABULOUS !”
“The bike I rented made noises and wasn’t fun to use. They should have checked it before giving it to me. On the other hand, when returned I got a refund so that was good of them to do.”

“RJ is the bomb.com Where to start, well I normally go to my location in anaheim hills, because online said 2 in stock, so I went down and they didn't have them. The guy at the counter called the one in tustin and he confirmed they had them, well they didn't. So we checked mission viejo and went down, they didn't have them. I called Newport myself and RJ was the man. He put me on hold checked himself and found 1pair. He was able to hold and I went to get them for my daughter. He was also able to price match them for the online dicks price so the value was the cherry on top. His customer service was outstanding and I'm grateful. From driving to anaheim hills, tustin, mission viejo, eastvale then Newport. We got my babies cleats. Thank you to whoever trained and made you. It will go a long way. You should be manager.
