“One of the best experiences I have ever had in a clothing store. I was planning to walk to Suit Supply to look at some suits for my wedding but came across this store and checked it out. Ended up actually finding a great deal on a Zegna suit and Joe Vasco was extremely helpful and patient. I have worked Luxury retail before and the service I received from Joe was the best I’ve ever experienced! Can’t wait to do more shopping here in the future!”
“Victoria is an all-star staff member. I came in two weeks late from when I said I would on the phone, and she still remembered me and helped me without bitterness (which would have been deserved-- she had to pull boxes of shoes down for me to prepare for my visit BOTH TIMES). I was having a pretty emotional day when I visited the store and she not only helped me find my perfect shoes, but comforted me as well. She's also extremely complimentary. The shoes are good value; I've been shopping here for awhile. They can run a bit expensive but they're built to last. Marni shoes I bought years ago still fit and work like they did that first year. He genuinely seemed apologetic that he couldn't help me find a shoe from his store, so he recommended a place where I could find an affordable (and similarly neutrally colored) shoe that would fit me. Real customer service- the kind that actually cares about the customer!”

“I have been a customer of Shinobi for quite sometime now. I am surprised to see a few negative reviews. That being said, everyone is of course entitled to their own opinions and assessment of what they deem to be a good experience.Its been a while and I cannot remember when my relationship as a customer begin. I do recall that my very first visit was one that just had me looking at all of the "high end" brands and was impressed that a store had a well balanced inventory of brands from affordable to the higher end.I recall asking questions, and trying on different pieces of clothing. The whole time I was met with patience and great customer service. Fast forward to today, and that same service has extended itself from one purchase to another, special orders as well.Ownership as I know it with Asher and Aaron, has been great. They strive to keep a great store with competitive brands and a consistent flow of new inventory. The store exudes class and I have been in many times to observe how customers are greeted and treated, and some of these reviews just do not make sense.I also, acknowledge that their return policy has its limitations. However, I also believe that, if one as a customer can understand that Shinobi is not a big brand retailer such as Nordstrom, then we can begin to understand that they may not have that flexibility to extend their policy's accordingly.I hope that this review can shed some of but the great service and experience this store offers. Josiah, and Monty as well as other employees have always treated me with respect. I hope that anyone reading drops in and takes a look at a great store that Asher and Aaron have going.”

“I consistently receive great service at Neiman Marcus in Denver, and this location is no different. I came to pick up an online purchase that was denim. The sales rep from jewelry section was kind enough to pick it up for me even though it's not her department. I also browsed the Chanel boutique within NM and was immediately impressed by the friendliness of the staff from security to the sales representative (Gregory) who was beyond helpful. This may become my favorite Chanel boutique from now on.”
