“I love this nursery! It was my first time there. It's a smaller independent nursery. But it packs in a lot of different garden items & plants and flowers! I found a few plants that I've never seen at the big box garden centers. I'm excited to see the flowers bloom 3. I also found a dwarf hibiscus (I've never seen a dwarf version before) that I show in a pot I painted for my best friend . She's been wanting a hibiscus for so long. But she lives in a townhouse with only a balcony. This was perfect! And she loved it. They also had so many garden accessories and different types of pots! The staff were all very nice and very helpful! I love to garden, and I'll definitely be back!”

“We recently went to this HB location to buy some trees to plant at our house and are very happy with the plant quality and service they provide. We were greeted by Ronnie and he is so knowledgeable about all the plants we had questions on. He also gives us great advices and options for our budget and needs. Awesome customer service! So we went back to get more plants with Ronnie and long story short today is our planting day. Carmello and his team showed up early and got the job done in no time. They did a very good job and gave us great suggestions. We ended up buying more plants today to make our project completed. Highly recommend them if you have a landscape project and want high quality plants and awesome service and quality of work!”

“His huge gift shop and pottery shop is amazing!!! When I come to Laguna I always stay in the downtown area and go south. However. I went to och turned right and within a few blocks I stumbled upon this true find!!!! Met Gary the owner and he couldn't have been more pleasant. First the prices of these outdoor and indoor gifts are incredibly inexpensive! And I promise if you go there looking for something original and lovely for a gift or for you, you will find it!!! And you will want to return because there is too much to see on your first trip. I've already planned to visit for several birthday presents. Parking is either on the PCH which is limited or off side streets next to the store. I'm sure it can be a challenge but it is so worth it. Kid you have to walk some blocks once you visit the place you won't care. Do yourself a favor and make this place a shop you will return to, again and again!!!!”

“The staff here is so nice and helpful! I'm a beginning gardner (read: I have no idea what I'm doing) and the staff here has always been very patient and helpful, explaining what I'll need step by step and offering to help me diagnose problems with my plants. I recently came in after receiving a beautiful new pot for Christmas and I wanted to put a fun plant in it that was dog safe. Sara helped me find the perfect plant that wouldn't be too hard to take care of, was safe for my dog, and still fun looking. She was patient as I asked her a million questions and didn't hover over me when I said I'd have to think about things or look through options she had shown me. She was always close by so I could bombard her with more queries but I never felt pressured. In the end, I ended up getting a nice mandarin spider plant (which I didn't see as an option at the Sakioka nursery or Lowe's) and some funky purple moss (again - didn't see this anywhere else). This will definitely be my go-to garden place from now on. I really appreciate the staff not making me feel stupid as a beginner and taking the time to walk me through what is probably a very mundane project for them but is a huge undertaking for me. “The Customer Service at the Home Depot HB location has always been five star. They are helpful and pleasant and have always been efficient and kind... over the years I have purchased a ceiling fan, a desk lamp, paint products, had keys made and bought great plants fom the garden dept. I had items delivered there that I ordered online- the perfect mattress topper! Oh and a wonderful large area rug at a great price. Most recently, I used their truck rental service which as usual, turned out awesome! I typically buy my batteries and lightbulbs here, and they also have a great variety of beautiful fresh cut flowers!”

“very large inventory and naturally a lot of industry workers are souricng equpiment/tools in this area. I had two visits in the smae day - the first visit was Ok and I needed assistance with some air compressor tools and the Home depot employee said "No one really knows anything about that stuff, maybe come back another day". I was shocked that he basically didn't try to ask anyone for help or take a jab at learnign something to sharpen his own knowledge. Nonetheless - I figured it out or so I thought and purchased my parts. I went back a few hours later at 915PM (rgiht before closing) and AJ, a young man who was working helped me for almost fifteen minutes to resolve the compatability issue I had with male/female plugs and couplers in the air compressor aisle. Without hesitation, he was patient, helpful, and glad to help me resolve my dilemma. If the managers are reading this, get more employees like AJ, people like him are the reason I'd come back to Home Depot. My visit was on 2/16/22 at 9pm if that helps find which AJ. haha”
