“We recently went to this HB location to buy some trees to plant at our house and are very happy with the plant quality and service they provide. We were greeted by Ronnie and he is so knowledgeable about all the plants we had questions on. He also gives us great advices and options for our budget and needs. Awesome customer service! So we went back to get more plants with Ronnie and long story short today is our planting day. Carmello and his team showed up early and got the job done in no time. They did a very good job and gave us great suggestions. We ended up buying more plants today to make our project completed. Highly recommend them if you have a landscape project and want high quality plants and awesome service and quality of work!”

“The staff here is so nice and helpful! I'm a beginning gardner (read: I have no idea what I'm doing) and the staff here has always been very patient and helpful, explaining what I'll need step by step and offering to help me diagnose problems with my plants. I recently came in after receiving a beautiful new pot for Christmas and I wanted to put a fun plant in it that was dog safe. Sara helped me find the perfect plant that wouldn't be too hard to take care of, was safe for my dog, and still fun looking. She was patient as I asked her a million questions and didn't hover over me when I said I'd have to think about things or look through options she had shown me. She was always close by so I could bombard her with more queries but I never felt pressured. In the end, I ended up getting a nice mandarin spider plant (which I didn't see as an option at the Sakioka nursery or Lowe's) and some funky purple moss (again - didn't see this anywhere else). This will definitely be my go-to garden place from now on. I really appreciate the staff not making me feel stupid as a beginner and taking the time to walk me through what is probably a very mundane project for them but is a huge undertaking for me. “It's Home Depot another store that's going to exploit their employees or anything they can to make money suffer a lot from theft so therefore they have to charge a little higher prices than they normally did 10 years ago but mostly have everything you needed a good price”

“The Customer Service at the Home Depot HB location has always been five star. They are helpful and pleasant and have always been efficient and kind... over the years I have purchased a ceiling fan, a desk lamp, paint products, had keys made and bought great plants fom the garden dept. I had items delivered there that I ordered online- the perfect mattress topper! Oh and a wonderful large area rug at a great price. Most recently, I used their truck rental service which as usual, turned out awesome! I typically buy my batteries and lightbulbs here, and they also have a great variety of beautiful fresh cut flowers!”

“This review is for the young man who wears a cap and recently transferred to this location... I sincerely apologize but I cannot recall if his name... possibly Travis or James. I've only seen him in the customer service department. But anyways, I've been to this location twice recently and he is the only one who left a lasting impression/made me compelled enough to write this review (besides this other woman who assisted me during one of the kids workshop days). He has always provided excellent customer care in every way from his level of politeness, attentiveness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond in all that he does. This man definitely shows he loves his job and really cares about customer satisfaction. I honestly think this store would do so much better if he was slated to become a manager someday. Everyone else seems to keep to themselves or just stand there. He's the only one who acknowledges those who enter the store, says hi to people, and ask if they need any help no matter what time of day he is working. Thank you for all that you do and you definitely deserve a raise, recognition, or a promotion!”

Carl has my vote for employee of the year at this Home Depot location which is one of the best that I have shopped at”

“This has become the spot I buy my Christmas tree from each year. A few years ago after purchasing my tree, my car battery wouldn't start in the parking lot and I went inside to ask for help and was told employees aren't allowed to help because of liability reasons. That was not fun, but luckily a man in a truck parked nearby and he was nice enough to jump-start my battery. I was very impressed this year by Home Depot's plant selection in the Garden department. I got my husband a fiddle leaf fig that was almost as tall as me for $36! Also there was a very nice customer in the measuring tape aisle that recommended which Stanley product to get as a gift, which was time-saving and appreciated. I've been here plenty of times for random needs like spray paint or a shower drain snake and it's always been a positive experience as parking is easy, checkout had been quick, and items are in-stock.Will continue to frequent and recommend to others.”
