“I found Sean on Yelp when I was in Costa Mesa, trying to just sell my laptop for parts. I previously (about a year prior to finding Sean) took my laptop to some guys in Huntington Beach. “I've been going to this place ever since their Haster location. I don't remember how I found them, probably on Yelp, but I'm glad I did. This place has really good deals on everything. I dont want to mention prices since that can fluctuate and I care about this place enough not to bring customers that go there quoting the prices on my review, but just know that you will not find a better deal. Maybe through private sellers...maybe. Staff have always been helpful. The computers and laptops are "beefed up" or anything but they work and come with more than enough memory to do what you need, with the exception of Gaming and Video editing. But at the same time, I'm sure they have what you'll need if that's what you need. Great Job guys. love the new location”
“My A1708 Macbook Pro's USB-C component stopped working. I originally took it to the South Coast Apple for repair. The Apple store charged me $500 and needed 5 business days for the repair. A few days after I dropped it off, I got an email claiming since my hard drive was a third party part (I switched it out for a 1TB hard drive), they needed another $1000 to replace the USB-C component. I rejected the offer and told them to ship it back to me.
After I got it back, I went online and sent out a few RFQs to repair my computer. Abarely not only replied within an hour, they were the only ones to reply. I took the computer in and they fixed it after 24 hours, and costed much less than what Apple wanted. Will definitely be back for future repairs! Highly recommend.”

“These guys still carry and sell a device that is a MUST HAVE if you own the original Buffalo TeraStation! For those that have no idea what I'm talking about other than the brand, the originals were 1TB RAID (4 x 250 IDE/PATA drives and the RAID works only with Buffalo's proprietary system) When unit dies (and it will) you will lose it all! Enter "Dat Optic's Qbox-U" with the Standard IDE/PATA controller, one of the last of it's kind still on the market. Re-set drive jumpers to Cable Select and put them in the Qbox in the EXACT order they were in the TeraStation. Set the Qbox to combine the drives then hit it with recovery software. POOF! If it was a Buffalo system board issue as is usually the case, there you are looking at the data and Buffalo OS. Back the data up and blow the drives away then reformat and start over I have now saved 5 TeraStations and may just buy more of the Qboxes. The box cost is little..the Recovery software hurts more but for under $200 TOTAL, you can do this all day long!”

“I was so excited about this opportunity, it has been nothing but problems. I am almost a month in, and still no printer. I was walking into this thinking things would be amazing. I have worked with two separate sales representatives, both have given me the run around. Not ever getting a solid answer. I am being told constantly "next week" well, next week has been coming and still nothing. Speaking to a manager has been impossible. If I'm having this much problems already I can only imagine how bad it will be if I were to have an issue. These sale representatives can talk a big game but their integrity as far as having honest solid answers is the worse. So sad because here I am trying to better my business and the experience has been nothing but problems from after the second week. It's so upsetting.In the beginning it was hard to process. However, I must say they have proven themselves. I have a very busy life. They have reached out to me numerous times and it was a hit and miss. They also followed up with emails. I think as a small business owner we have a lot more to lose because we are so small however, the customer service has changed up and they have shown nothing but care and making sure I receive the help I need. They really do value their customers and want to make sure we all succeed as a whole. I am hoping to get a second machine in a year. Communication and follow through is so important on both ends.”
“I had possibly the best experience I’ve ever had at a big box store yesterday at the Westminster Best Buy location (that also took me to the Anaheim location where the team was just as helpful). I have.a Geek Squad protection plan on my car stereo. I had no idea what the process was and if it involved being without a stereo in my car for an extended period of time. I had an appt with Tory in the car audio department. I explained the situation and he said he was uncertain of exactly how the claim would work. We went in to the store and a manager explained they could replace the unit but they did not have one in the store. We located one in Anaheim and I went and purchased it there and returned it to Westminster where Tory completed the swap out. In total, I interacted with at least 7 employees at 2 different stores and all of them were both friendly and helpful. Best Buy, whatever you are doing with hiring and training, it’s working! Keep it up. We’ll be back for future purchases.”
