“A great experience since the day one. Happy to call this place Home for about 6 years. It is a safe, beautiful place with great resident service, amazing amenities and expansive green ladscape. Always maintained so well. If you work remotely the lounge areas are designed to have a luxurious feel of the office yet it has an elegant touch to it. Grilling stations are always cleaned well and have a great outside area to gather with friends and family. They have free yoga classes and events for residents often, they are a lot of fun. Very decent size of the gym and a summer pool service gives a feeling of living at a luxury resort. The resident's service always helps with any questions, the staff there is really friendly on every level. I don't think that any other property around the town could be even compared to Villas Fashion Island. I recommend this place to anyone who prefers a quality life style.”

“I just moved in! For the price dammmm I was going to pay for a horrible studio in Long Beach and they have kitchen and fridge so I’m very happy with my decision of getting this apartment !
It does have hidden fees but you will not get anything better in all Oc and the commute is easy for me to my work … just the freeway and that is all . I don’t have any problems with my neighborhood. It is a young crown for sure but I mean what ever”

Alex came by almost immediately to help me. He was incredibly kind, thoughtful, patient, and helpful in reconfiguring the furniture so that it could work in my space again.
