“I was looking for shop opened on a Sunday (my tire gave on the fwy) and I saw Johny's shop with 5 stars. I thought maybe he'll be ok. This shop is better than ok! First, Carlos took a call and actually gave me prices on line. He told meTo come on in. He was very honest and didn't try to up sell me. I had done my research and when he checked out my tires, he told me exactly what I already knew and that was so refreshingThat he wasn't adding issues to what I already had. He said it would take about an hour for all four tires (which wasn't bad) and ended up only taking 40 minutes. I really enjoyed working with him. It was courteous and prompt service. I highly recommend this shop!”

They have a waiting room but IN N OUT is walking distance so I just went there to eat and by the time I was done my car was ready. I had the transmission oil changed. Also, I like that they didn't try to sell me extra services. It's so annoying when I go to the dealership for an oil change and they try to sell me new spark plugs and tires.”

Booked the appointment and bought the tires online. Texts and emails followed me up until the morning I showed up. So it started off great and never wavered from that momentum. The tech met me at my car, was professional, courteous and personable. It only got better. I was expecting lollygagging and having to wait for a while but...negative. Needed an estimate for damage caused on the freeway and they charged $50 HUGE difference from 360 Auto, down the street who charged $125 & didnt even bother to list all the damage! The mechanic pointed out all the damage & even placed a zip tie in place to hold me over. 360 Auto never discussed the damage they found. I made an appointment & will gladly take my car here, I have complete confidence in these guys not to railroad me like 360 Auto tried to.”

“I'm an open minded person, and a firm believer in you get what you pay for. $20 to patch my tire after I found a screw in it was easy on my pocket. As you can see I have a lot of tread so my tires are still fairly new (under a year). I did have a light scuff/scratch mark on my wheel after the repair. However, wheels can be replaced and my flat problem was solved! Guys took less than 30 mins and got us the tire back in no time'”
