Booked the appointment and bought the tires online. Texts and emails followed me up until the morning I showed up. So it started off great and never wavered from that momentum. The tech met me at my car, was professional, courteous and personable. It only got better. I was expecting lollygagging and having to wait for a while but...negative. I walked to Lowe's for what I thought was a far too short visit and again...negative. No sooner did I walk in the front door did a different tech call name. Done and done.
