“I definitely recommend it. The place is extremely clean, staff are very attentive and professional. Easy to make the appointment. Was seen within few mins of getting to the office. The doctor was knowledgeable, approachable, caring, took the time to address all that was going on with my illness, in-office tests, medications were called into my pharmacy right away. Overall, if the system would allow me to rate more than five, I would have.”

“Went in today. After reading I made an appointment ahead. Check in was quick and easy. Person drawing my blood was nice and did the job just fine. Small but clean waiting room. I was seen a few minutes before my original time and there were 2 other patients.
Walk ins seem to be welcome but it's easier to make an appointment”
“Made an appointment, was nervous because the order was very large from my Dr and in my experience people have always had issues drawing my blood. It's always a long drawn out process. Needless to say I arrived to my appt, was greeted immediately and assisted within minutes. The gentleman who drew my blood was kind and it took him less than 5 seconds to find the vein, insert the needle and I felt nothing! It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end.”
“Quick easy access to Covid testing. The are the lab so test results are 24 hours or less. Drive up and the tester comes out to your car to do the test. Very convenient!”

“Scheduling appointments and checking in is super easy and fast. Their location down by the mall is convenient with plenty of parking. The staff and lab techs are the real super stars though. They are kind and patient, but also efficient and highly skilled. They always stick me on the first try and no fishing around in my arm with a needle.”
“My family went on February 20, 2025 at nine in the morning. I had to get both my girls one four year-old and one eight-year-old bloodwork plus my husband and I and the staff did such a great job. “I was just discharged from Henry Mayo hospital and my experience was great!
From the triage area, to the ER doctors and nurses and to everyone involved in my care during my stay. I had gone to Olive View hospital for extreme pain in my abdominal area and they didn't "find anything."
I decided to come to Henry Mayo for a second opinion and, sure enough, they were able to provide me a diagnosis. They performed a small procedure to further look into my issue and they were spectacular in everything they did.
I would like to thank the nurses from Tower 4 Kim, Irma T., Kyle, and Jenna for their great care while I was there. I couldn't have asked for better nurses, doctors, and PCAs. Thank you for making me feel a lot better and for actually performing tests that helped look into my issue.”

“Great place if you have an appointment. If you are a walk in you are sol. Only one person drawing blood and they have appointments every 10 mins. For the ONE person to fit you in, 2 back to back appointments have to be no shows AND the 3rd appointment in a row has to not show up early. Also if you are 10 mins late you will lose your appointment. I don't blame the worker for not wanting to work harder for the little pay. Props to the unsupervised worker on working smarter not harder.”
