“Though I had a great, easy and quick experience, I’m giving it a 4 star because I witnessed staff being rude and impatient with many of the elderly patients! I believe my experience was great because I was easily able to check in online and use a barcode however, the elderly need assistance and staff is not very willing to help! Providing assistance and support to those in need, especially the elderly, should be a priority.I would like to suggest improving staff training to ensure that all patients, regardless of age, receive the assistance they require. By emphasizing empathy and patience in dealing with elderly patients, the overall experience for everyone could be greatly enhanced.”
