YOU FOUND YOUR SHOP!!! ‼‼I contacted something like 5 tattoo shops the day of my MRI appointment when I realized I couldn't remove my helix jewelry myself. Finally one referred me to Amanda at Golden Moon and I'm SOOOOOOO beyond happy.I was able to book an appointment online with ease. Probably the easiest booking system I've ever seen. I got in by early afternoon on my lunch break for her to pull it and place a plastic retainer in for the MRI. The next day I went in and figured I would change the jewelry since I really should've to begin with. WHEN I TELL YOU THEY HAVE THE BEST SELECTION OF EARRINGS I HAVE EVER SEEN, I REALLY MEAN THEY HAVE THE BEST SELECTION OF EARRINGS I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! They also had navel rings, lip rings, etc. They do WAY more than just earrings! I don't know the full scope but you should totally call right now!I was able to work with Amanda the first day and then Nick the next day. Both are them are just amazing people and I'm so happy I've found their shop! Don't get me wrong, I love my tattoo shops too, but it's so nice to see a specialization in curated earrings. Im not great with "design" and Nick was so helpful! I could not be more stoked with the experience and outcome. I've found my new happy place and let me tell you - YOU MUST GO HERE AT LEAST ONCE. “After reading reviews I had to visit. After meeting Andre and others, I felt comfortable to give them my engagement ring to fix and polish. Wow! What a difference. Looks brand new and he fixed a couple of platinum setting breaks. Andre also showed me what the previous jeweler had skimped on, using white gold instead of platinum, supposedly fixing the prongs last time. A jeweler in Brentwood. Now I have my go to! “In mid January 2023, my Rolex watch band broke and took it to the well known local jewelry/watch store in the Oaks Mall in Thousand Oaks Mall. After waiting for 3 months to get it fixed, they still have NO ideas of when my watch band get repaired. So I took it to Time Spot , in the same mall, they looked at it and got it repaired in less than 2 hours and the repair cost was less than 20% of original jewelry/watch store estimates. Don’t get ripped off for your watch repair because it’s well known . You have an option to take it to other capable watch repair stores and still get a full satisfactions. Thank you Tim and Danny.”

“Wonderful service. Mark Daniel Arakelyan, the owner, does the work in-house so I got my ring back with new prongs on my diamond ring in record time. I previously went to another jeweler to have new prongs put on another ring and it took over 2 weeks to get the work done and get my ring back. Mark's quote for the work to be performed was right in the ball park. Very pleasant and he is my new "go to" jeweler. He is located in the Simi Town Center near the theatre.”

I had an amazing experience with them, they were both very helpful and were kind enough to let me sell this gold I just had around. Friendly environment, I will definitely be coming back to purchase jewelry. I noticed a variety of selection of jewelry that I would like to buy for myself. Armando and Robin helped me design the perfect setting. They sent me computer drawings of the design to ensure that we were on the same page before starting any work. The end result was beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned. Armando is very knowledgable, patient, and a great communicator. Not only will he help you with a custom design, he has a beautiful selection of jewelry and watches. “Took a family heirloom to be restored with original diamonds. I was hesitant because of a couple reviews but thought I'd give this long standing business a chance especially considering that the owner had a valid response to poor reviews left. I do recommend this business. But I feel that there is a difference in customer service depending on who helps you. First and last ladies to help me were very sweet and helpful. Picked up my jewelry and was told it was clean. At first glance it seemed to be. When I got it home and looked carefully, it was really dirty. Then I got my loop out. Yuck! I mean, probably build up from the last wearer was still coating the bottom (below girdle) of the diamonds. That was upsetting for personal reasons. Otherwise, to anyone else, it's just gunk that can be cleaned off. So I did a thorough cleaning myself and removed it all. Now it looks great.”
