“I'm so happy I found this place. The owner did a wonderful job on my gold bangle bracelet. The bracelet had been fixed twice by different jewelers. Nowhere near this workmanship. He was able to replace the clasps on my pearl bracelet without having to restring it. Wonderful job. He also fixed the broken watch band on my sons watch. No need to replace the band as I thought. The work he's done is a lost art. His attention to detail and the workmanship is just wonderful. He takes pride in his work and he very nice too. I recommend.”

“My fiance bought me Chanel for my birthday this year. Although we've been together for 13 years he still seems to impress me. I went into the store to exchange my gift for another pair although the one he got me was beautiful, I had my eyes on something else. The girl that was helping us was very helpful. They had a lot of selections of purses and sunglasses. You do have to stand in line as they open the Rope for you to get in and out they don't let too many people in at once. Everyone there was very welcoming and they made our shopping experience nice.”

“I bought a Movado watch back in May 2019 in Southern California, I went back to the store to get it adjusted but after 10 minutes the person came back saying he couldn't adjust it. was disappointed, put it in my closet and it got forgotten. I moved to the Bay Area and went to the store at the Great Mall and WOW! What a difference, The store manager Shan was able to do it in within minutes. His team was very energetic, a great store and I will definitely come back for my next watch.”

“I don’t know why apple still keep this location open once they have another one in Stanford shopping mall just one mile away ?they are very slow and their rent is so high ! If you’d hear which they will close this location for good next year then don’t freak out because it doesn’t make sense economically! I give them 5 stars cause they still paying high rent and employees to give us services ?it’s adorable!”
