“The best and quickest service we've had at a UPS Store til date. Was looking for UPS stores in the area providing notary services as well as passport pictures and came across this location. Ami, I believe the store manager, did an amazing job helping us out. Upon arrival, she walked us through the process and explained everything along the way. She even took the extra efforts to make sure we had all the correct documents. Would definitely recommend this location for all your notary and passport services. P.S. Was surprised to learn this location has been around for 35 years or so.”

If you don't like the prices for the merchandise there, well, go ahead and wrap with your own packages. This is not to valuate the values for the shipping itself or for the merchandise in the store. I am valuating the people there. They are always nice to me and all the other customers I saw in the store. This is not the store that deserves 1 or 2 stars. Be nice to people and be treated nicely in return please.”

Shoutout to Neelema who recognized an issue when she received a delivery and upon scanning it into their system my package printed out a return label. She kept the package knowing I should be picking it up considering it should not have picked up a return label when they just received it. “I've been to this UPS and another one around the town since I'm a local for almost 10 years. Here was previous owned by someone else and that dude worked here which was rude, so I turned to the UPS on Warren Ave in Fremont for w while even it's further distance for me. This UPS changed to a new management team for quite a while already after the pandemic and they are so friendly & helpful! (Seems it's owned by an Asian couple). They greet and thank you for the business that you come in with (even when the times I was just making my Amz returns). Very fast to get you serviced and I hardly have to wait for long. Once I realized this store is under new ownership and tried myself, I'm happy with the service so come back most of the times now. Seems the low rating shown has been carried over from previous management which I think is not fair. Don't be hesitated to come here for services. I'm so glad to see more good things happening for locals!”
