“I go to this store all the time! I like the people there.
If you don't like the prices for the merchandise there, well, go ahead and wrap with your own packages. This is not to valuate the values for the shipping itself or for the merchandise in the store. I am valuating the people there. They are always nice to me and all the other customers I saw in the store. This is not the store that deserves 1 or 2 stars. Be nice to people and be treated nicely in return please.”

“Leaving this review because of Lashly. This is my go-to place for returns and it’s always been a breeze. I’m so glad they moved ‘coz I prefer this location than the one by Rite Aid. And on Sundays when they have shortened hours and there’s only one person in the store, the line seems to go so much faster. Lashly is always pleasant with every customer even when the line seems to be non-stop. It’s a hit and miss on other days…you might get a smile from the others (or not), but it’s a given when Lashly is around.”

“Had a recent easy-peasy Amazon return drop-off. In and out in less than a minute. Plus they handle my Chairish Drop-Off-and-Go orders. These take a bit more time, but they get the job done and the items (often large and/or breakable) arrive in perfect condition.”

“I've been to this UPS and another one around the town since I'm a local for almost 10 years. Here was previous owned by someone else and that dude worked here which was rude, so I turned to the UPS on Warren Ave in Fremont for w while even it's further distance for me. This UPS changed to a new management team for quite a while already after the pandemic and they are so friendly & helpful! (Seems it's owned by an Asian couple). They greet and thank you for the business that you come in with (even when the times I was just making my Amz returns). Very fast to get you serviced and I hardly have to wait for long. Once I realized this store is under new ownership and tried myself, I'm happy with the service so come back most of the times now. Seems the low rating shown has been carried over from previous management which I think is not fair. Don't be hesitated to come here for services. I'm so glad to see more good things happening for locals!”
“I've been using this shipping house for a few years now, and they are great. They are very responsive to customers, and extremely friendly. They happily send me revised quotes when I change the parameter of my jobs, and the jobs always go out on time. I kick myself for previously using stamps and trying to do the job myself - frequently, with the postage discount you get from bulk shipping, it is cheaper to simply use a mailing house.”
