The service provided by Giant Bull was very professional (detailed check and effective communications) and efficient (6-hour for the repair) at a reasonable price. The repair shop is spacious and clean. The team is very friendly as well.Overall, I am completely satisfied with the service. I will return anytime if I have problems with my cars. Fremont BMW wanted us to replace the turbo, instead these guys were able to find the problem with the connection to the BMW 3 series turbo, figured out a solution, and now it is running great. “It was an excellent experience getting my four tires replaced by the Big O Tire. Dajohn was nice, courteous and friendly. He explained the options I had. I walked in without making an appointment, and he promised me it could be done in about 90 minutes. Then, I stopped by the East West Bank and said Hi to friends who are leaders, ranks and files over there. Also, I shopped at the Ranch 99 grocery store. After that, my tires service had been done. In addition to the great tire service I had received, I realized that the Big O Tire also provides services for steering & suspension, oil change, and maintenance for sparkling, A/C, battery, filters, shocks, transmission fluid and brake services. They provide coffee and teas in the back area of the front lobby. I can tell the Big O Tire has a great owner/manager and team while I was waiting in the lobby.”

“Where can I start? My sister in law brought her car to this shop as her engine check light was on. (The dealership told her it costs $300 to do all the labor.) She ended up paying less than $100 and had her car fixed immediately. Therefore, I took my car to this shop today since the check engine light was on. The owner took his time to check my car, and the price was super reasonable. (Unlike dealership that costs at least more than 500 every time.) The owner was super responsive, detail oriented, and he took his time to explain how everything works. In addition, I had to wait at least 4-5 hours every time at dealership to fix my car. It only took 2-3 hours for this guy and he's by himself. I will definitely come back here, and he definitely deserves more businesses as we all should support more local business owners.”

“I recently purchased a used hybrid vehicle from a dealership lot. Unfortunately, the transmission only lasted 10,000 miles. I went to a few local shops only to find out that they do not work on hybrids. I did find one that did work on hybrids but they wanted the charge me $6,000 for a used transmission and installation. I called up precision Auto service and ask them for a quote. I liked the quote and I decided to get my car repaired at their location. They work very quick, thorough and now I have a working hybrid vehicle. Works much better than it did before. The technician was also helpful in answering any questions and pretty upfront about the pricing, which was about the same as other places that I go to.
